Garden City Baptist Church

We will be doing our Shoe Box Ministry again this year. Plastic shoeboxes are requested this year so that the children can use it for lots of different things. Some of the articles that can be put into the box are crayons, coloring books, notebooks, pencils, pens, markers, games, hard candy, toothbrush, tooth paste, shirts, flip flops, underwear, toys( no guns or war toys), soap in a Ziploc bag, brush, combs, hair ties or clips. These can be for a boy or girl 2-4, 5-9, or 10-14. We will collect the items and the youth will pack the boxes for us. They ask that we include a check for $7.00 for each box for shipping. If you would like you can write a note to be included in your box. The boxes will be sent the first week of November. Last year they gave out 7.6 million boxes to children.
